We pledge to:
Complete the circle of care God has always called us to, doing whatever it takes to give moms, their child and hopefully the father, the "abundant life" Jesus came to bring. This is a life that restores dignity, purpose, righteousness and a sense of belonging. This means effectively connecting them to the one entity God designed for all of us, the church. As a...
- Clinic, we will provide opportunities for our moms/families such as prenatal health and parenting classes where we can more easily connect them with a small community of Christ followers for their long-term shepherding and care.
- Small Group, we will do the necessary things to build relationships with these moms/families in places that are more comfortable for them such as the classes mentioned above. We will then invite them into our existing small group where we will welcome, sacrifice, serve, listen and love them in the same manner we do for those currently journeying with us. When unable to meet specific needs, we will shepherd them to and from those individuals and non-profits that can.
- Related Non-Profit, we will work closely with the entities named above to provide the care God has uniquely called us to, care that promotes dignity, leads to sustainability and does it in a manner that best ensures they stay connected to their small group.
We also pledge to develop relationships and share our resources with others nearby in the network that deal more regularly with unplanned/crisis pregnancies and to promote this Network to other Churches, Clinics, Small Groups and Organizations within our existing spheres of influence.
